Although this is described as a business machine, it can be used just as easily for general home and/or or student use too.
These particular computers are in excellent condition with only minor scuffs to the casing. The do have a few minor marks within the screen but these do not affect the performance of the PC in any way and are reflected in the bargain price! Please see our photographs for examples as the picures here are fully representative of the one you will receive. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition of the PCs, please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is NOT covered by the warranty.

Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 10 Professional with digital license embedded in the bios.
All PCs that come to us are professionally refurbished. They have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software

Warranty
We supply this previously used system with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software. All PCs have been fully tested before being sent out. In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.
Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured 48hour* service free of charge which you are welcome to upgrade to a 24hour* service for just £1.99
*Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday and do not include any weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday after 1pm, we will post on Monday(unless it is a bank holiday and then it will be Tuesday).
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out the same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
Item is also available for viewing / collection from our shop in Bolton.
If paying with Paypal the item must be delivered to the address on the Paypal payment.
