This particular laptop is in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition apart from a very feint crack at the front below the keyboard. This does not affect the performance of the laptop in any way but is reflected in the bargain price!

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows XP Professional 32bit with COA attached to the laptop should you need to reinstall at any time.

We also make sure there is an office suite compatible with Microsoft Office and we do install a search engine although as Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft we do not recommend these laptops for general, browsing use. They are more for specific software tasks that need Windows 7 32bit.

Warranty

We supply this used laptop with a 90 day RTB (return to base) warranty excluding any cosmetic issues mentioned. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries. All laptops have been fully tested before being sent out. We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60 mins. In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage cost and we will return it at ours.

*We provide no warranty with batteries but we do test them for a minimum of 60mins. Most have a significantly longer life but if you in any doubt please call us before you buy.

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge.

*Please note that next working day applies to Monday to Friday deliveries only and does not include any weekend deliveries.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be posted on a Tuesday). Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for purchase and immediate collection from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card and have around 60 laptops on display!!
