This is a good quality, really smart looking laptop.
The laptop is in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition with no noticeable wear to the keyboard or mousepad and only minor scuffing on the lid. There is also one tiny mark on the screen which only shows when the laptop is off. We have tried to show it in one of the photos. Although it is purely cosmetic and does not affect the performance of the laptop in any way, we have reflected this in the bargain price.. The photographs here are of the actual laptop you will receive. However if you are in any doubt as to the condition please get in touch before you buy as the cosmetics are not covered by the warranty.

Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional
All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:

Warranty
We supply this used laptop with a 90 day RTB (return to base) warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries*.
All laptops have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.
If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage cost and we will return it to you at ours.
*We provide no warranty with batteries but we do test them for a minimum of 60mins. Most have a significantly longer life but if you in any doubt please call us before you buy.
Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge.
*Please note that 'next working day' only applies to Monday to Friday deliveries and does not include weekend or Bank holiday deliveries
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday.
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
