This is a good quality, really smart looking laptop. It is in excellent working order and great condition with no noticeable wear to the keyboard or mousepad and only minor scuffs on the underside of the laptop. However, it only has 2 out of 3 USB 3 ports working. This does not affect the performance of the laptop in any way (and is blocked on the casing) but is reflected in the bargain price! The photographs you see are of the one you will receive. However if you are in any doubt as to the condition please get in touch before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional. However if you would prefer Windows 10 Professional please let us know at the time of purchase and allow us an extra day to get it to you ( although we are usually quicker!)
All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:

Warranty
We supply this used laptop with a 90 day RTB (return to base) warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries.
All our laptops are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. They have been fully tested before listing and then again before being dispatch to to customer.
We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60mins.
In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.
If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage cost and we will return it at ours.
*We provide no warranty with batteries but we do test them for a minimum of 60mins. Most have a significantly longer life but if you in any doubt please call us before you buy.
Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge.
*Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday.
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
