Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 10 Professional from original Windows 8 (license digitally embedded in the motherboard bios so that you can reinstall at any time)

All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus, anti-malware, Full software specification is as follows:

These systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out. As these systems are used, there maybe minor cosmetic marks, such as small scuffs on the casing, but nothing that effects the working of the system.

Condition

As all our systems are refurbished, they may have minor scuffs/scratches to the cases. These are purely cosmetic and in no way affect the performance of the PCs. If we feel that they are extremely noticeable we will attempt to show this in extra photos.

These particular systems are in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition with only a few minor scuffs on the casing (Please see pictures as the photographs are typical of the one you will receive)

Warranty

We supply this previously used system with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.

All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage

We will post the item using a next working day*, fully tracked and insured service free of charge.

*Next working day applies to Monday to Friday deliveries only

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 11am, a Saturday or a Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for viewing / collection /purchase from our showroom in Bolton where we can takle payment by cash, debit or credit card (including AMEX)
