All PCs that come to us are professionally refurbished. They have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software

These systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out. As these systems are used, there maybe minor cosmetic marks, such as small scuffs on the casing, but nothing that effects the working of the system.

Condition

These particular systems are in excellent condition with hardly any marks on the casing. As we have more than one available, the photographs you see are actual examples of the one you will receive. However if you are in any doubt please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

We supply a VAT invoice with all items we sell.

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day service* free of charge.

*Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS. 

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a bank holiday and then it will be Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out the same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

If paying with Paypal the item must be delivered to the address on the Paypal payment - no exceptions.
