This laptop is in excellent working order and great cosmetic condition with no noticeable blemishes or wear (apart from a few scuffs on the charger). All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! 

We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware.

We supply this laptops with a 90 day RTB warranty.

The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries.

All laptops have been fully tested before being sent out. We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60mins. If a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your expense and we will return to you at ours. 

 

We will post the item using a next working day, fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge.

*Please note that next working day applies to Monday to Friday deliveries only

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS. 

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a bank holiday and then we will post on a Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

*We consider batteries to be consumables and provide no warranty with batteries.However,they are all tested for a minimum of 60mins during our stringent test procedures.
