These laptops are in excellent working order and reasonable cosmetic condition. They do have some wear to the keyboard or mousepad and some scuffs/scratches on the casing as can be seen in the photos. They are purely cosmetic blemishes and do not affect their performance in any way but are reflected in the bargain price!

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 10 Professional

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! 

We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware.

We supply this laptops with a 90 day RTB warranty.

The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries.

All laptops have been fully tested before being sent out.

We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60mins. Most last significantly longer but if you are in any doubt please cotact us before you buy.

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours. 

 

We will post the item using a next working day*, fully tracked and insured service free of charge.

*Please note all deliveries are Monday to Frday and do not include any weekend deliveries

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS. 

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday and then we will post on a Tuesday)

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
