We only ship to mainland UK. If you require shipment to Ireland, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man or other offshore islands, please contact us for a quote.
Where carriage is quoted as £12 Items are sent via "next day" delivery using DHL’s standard service and they are insured up to £100. DHL standard service does not guarantee next day delivery to private homes, only business premises. In practice most delivery is next day, but in a small proportion of cases it can take up to three days.
Where carriage is quoted as £25 items are sent via next day delivery using DHL’s Diamond service and they are insured up to £500. Please be aware of the insurance limitations of each service. If you buy multiple items such as laptops, and choose to have them shipped together in the same box to the same address, whichever service you choose is unlikely to cover the value of the consignment. If you need clarification on this matter please email us or telephone.
We advise you to check the packaging when your goods are delivered. If there are signs of damage to the box - mark this on the delivery note and cross out any phrase that says the goods were received in good condition. If you sign for the goods and fail to cross out any statement saying you received the goods "In Good Condition" you will be liable for the damage. However unfair it may sound this is imposed by our courier in case of a claim. You are encouraged to open the goods in front of the delivery driver and check the status of the goods before signing.
Next day delivery does not include weekend or public holidays
FOR SMALLER ITEMS you can opt to use Royal Mail Standard Parcels, which take up to 3 days for delivery. The cost is per parcel weight, eg:
1kg = £3.85, 1.5kg = £4.95, 2kg = £5.31, 4kg = £7.70, 6kg = £8.74, 8kg = £9.97, 10kg = £10.70, 20kg = £12.46. Be aware that insurance cover for the above prices is maximum £32.00. Additional insurance cover wil cost per parcel :- £1 for £100 cover, £2.25 for £250 cover, and £3.25 for £500.00 cover.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
In the event of a problem first contact us, it may be something we can resolve over the phone, if not, you will need to return the item to us at your expense.
We have a quick turnaround policy and any warranty claims are dealt with as a matter of urgency. We will keep you informed throughout the process and once the warranty claim is dealt with, we will return the item to you at our expense.
PLEASE NOTE. IF YOU DO NEED TO RETURN ANYTHING TO US UNDER A WARRANTY CLAIM, PLEASE ENSURE THE ITEM IS PROPERLY PACKED, PREFERABLY IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY INADEQUATE PACKING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A WARRANTY CLAIM
